Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. You can return the product to us after you receive it and we will give you a refund upon receipt.

Usually, your cancellation request will be processed the next day, and the refund will be returned to your payment account on the same day

Returns

We design our products to help you perform at peak levels, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we accept returns of products.

Applicable circumstances for returns and refunds:
- The received product has quality problems (non-human deliberate destruction)
- The products received are not applicable to the application scenario (E.g:Model does not match、Unable to install、 product is not working properly)
- The products received does not meet expectations(E.g:Purchased a green product, but received a red product)

If the above conditions are met, customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
After receiving your return request, we will process it within 1 working day (excluding public holidays).

Shipping

To return an item, you should first contact our customer service.(support@entina3d.com) We will send you the detailed address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

After we received and inspected the goods you returned, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will refund the payment to the original account you paid for within 1-2 working day. (excluding public holidays)

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@entina3d.com.
